Boring API is a social media token management and publishing service that lets you:

• Connect social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, TikTok, and X (Twitter))
• Manage OAuth tokens with automatic refresh
• Publish content across multiple platforms via a unified API
• Retrieve performance analytics
• Configure auto-reply rules for comments

3. Accounts and Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must own, or be authorized to manage, every social media account you connect to the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or that violates the policies of any connected social media platform
• Send spam, or engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its API beyond documented usage
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission

You remain solely responsible for all content you publish through the Service and for complying with the terms of each social media platform you use.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

• The Service offers Free, Pro, and Ultra plans. Plan features and pricing are described at boring.aiagent-me.com.
• X (Twitter) publishing is available only on the Ultra plan.
• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor.
• A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to paid plans as described on the pricing page.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

6. Third-Party Platforms

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Facebook/Meta, Instagram, Threads, YouTube/Google, TikTok, and X). Your use of those platforms through the Service is also subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy decisions made by these third parties that affect your use of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

• You retain all rights to the content you publish through the Service.
• By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
• The Service software, branding, and documentation remain our property.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will always be successfully delivered to third-party platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm to us, other users, or third-party platforms. You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time.
